About me
I spent twenty years in restaurants, fifteen as a chef.
Most mornings began at 5:30 with a knot in my stomach.
I could lead a team and make decisions fast, but inside there was noise — panic attacks, sleepless nights, too much numbing — and I was always scanning faces for approval.
I looked strong on the outside and felt divided on the inside.
My throat would tighten in hard meetings; sometimes I’d explode, then feel shame afterwards.
Then I got laid off. After the fear, there was space. In that space I realized something simple and hard:
"You can’t lead others until you can lead yourself, and you can’t lead yourself until you know who you are under the mask."
I did the inner work and built a practical reset I call 20 Seconds of Silence, three to five minutes I use before tough talks and big decisions.
Sleep returned. My voice steadied. Boundaries got clean.
I felt like myself again.
Now I teach the path I wish I’d had: simple tools, honest practice, real change.
30-45 minutes. One honest conversation.
If you’re not sure whether Leaderspirit is right for you, let’s talk.
This is a fit call, not a coaching session.
To understand your context and point you in the right direction.
