Together we’ll reconnect with your Why, clarify your vision, and uncover the values that keep you rooted when life feels chaotic. This is not quick motivation. It’s deep work. Cancellation Policy
📑 Terms & Conditions – 1:1 Coaching 1. General All sessions are personal, confidential, and non-transferable. Coaching is a partnership aimed at growth and awareness. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment. By purchasing a package, you agree to commit to the process with honesty and presence. 2. Booking & Scheduling Sessions are conducted online (Zoom/Google Meet unless otherwise agreed). You will receive a booking link to schedule your sessions. Please schedule all sessions within the validity period of your package (see below). 3. Validity Period Single Session (1x) → must be used within 30 days from purchase. 4 Sessions Package (1 month) → must be used within 6 weeks from purchase. 12 Sessions Package (3 months) → must be used within 16 weeks from purchase. 48 Sessions Package (12 months) → must be used within 14 months from purchase. Unused sessions after the validity period are forfeited and non-refundable. 4. Rescheduling & Cancellations Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 24h notice are considered used. In case of emergency (illness, urgent family issue), contact me directly—we’ll find a solution. 5. Payments & Refunds Payment is due at the time of booking. Packages are non-refundable once the first session has been completed. If you decide not to continue before starting the first session, a refund can be issued minus a 10% admin/processing fee. For the 12-session package, the bonus online program is granted once the package is confirmed. If the package is cancelled after the first session, the bonus remains accessible, and the proportional package fee is non-refundable. 6. Confidentiality Everything shared in sessions is kept strictly confidential, unless disclosure is required by law or imminent risk of harm. 7. Responsibility Results depend on your personal commitment. The coach is not responsible for outcomes outside of the coaching space. Coaching is a process of awareness and growth—it does not guarantee specific financial, health, or professional results. 8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute will first be addressed in good faith, aiming for dialogue and resolution.
